Description

It is anticipated that a total of Eighteen (18) months of construction management services will be required from the start of Construction through Project Closeout/Post Construction to include demolition of existing building at new location. The Construction Management Firm ("CMF") shall act as the City of Vineland's representative/agent during the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases of the Project. In all instances the CMF shall employ its best efforts to protect the interests of the Owner and further the intended goals and purpose of the Project.
