Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No The Livingston County Land Bank Corporation is requesting sealed bids for the Renovation of the main structure located at 24 Stanley Street, Mounty Morris, New York. The property is vacant, and the buildings are within the control of the Livingston County Land Bank Corporation. The Land Bank disclaims any responsibility that representations made regarding conditions or quantities of materials will remain as they were when reviewed by the bidders during the bidding period, prior to award of the contract, or during the course of the work. Bids must be submitted using the forms provided in the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Livingston County Land Bank Corporation in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. If upon acceptance of a bid, a bidder fails to enter into a contract with the Livingston County Land Bank Corporation, the Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Land Bank. A certified bank check will not be accepted. Selected bid awardee shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond covering faithful and satisfactory performance of the work contracted in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
