Description

The project generally consists of conducting biological surveys, selective site demolition, back filling, A.C. pavement reconstruction, pavement striping/markings, and adjusting object markers/posts in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for cooperatively coordinating, scheduling, and re-scheduling his work to accommodate traffic, locate, and protect existing features, improvements and utilities in the project area that are not specifically designated as abandoned, to be abandoned, or for removal therein. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid, State of Hawaii, General Contractor's License. See Special Notice to Bidders for licensing requirements. Questions about the contractual requirements and all technical aspects of the project. The conference will also address the minimum subcontractor listing requirements for the Project. The Director of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or perceived defects in said bids for the best interest of the public.
