Garrett Road Improvements

The project includes, but is not limited to, 1550 L.F. of roadside improvements including: notching and widening Garrett Rd., 2644 L.F. of new curb and gutter, 1579 L.F. of R.C. pipe for new storm sewer system, 622 S.Y. of new sidewalk, and other miscellaneous construction, as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. Site Directions: From I-40, travel north on Hwy. 65 for 9 miles and turn left on Hwy. 25. Travel west on Hwy. 25 for 0.8 miles and then turn right onto Garrett Road. This is the beginning of the project. The estimated cost range on this project is between $1,300,000 - $1,800,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
