Darlington Fire District Dovesville

Dovesville Fire Station 13 shall have the following items to be with this solicitation. All remodeling must meet all rules and regulations as per the County Codes, State and DHEC as it relates to commercial buildings and codes for fire stations buildings. All work shall be done according to the architectural design. Any changes must be in writing and cleared with the Fire Chief and the architect. Upon the completion the fire station, it shall have sufficient air flow, electrical receptacles, and lighting. 1. Rear room will be split into two sides, the right side will serve as storage and the left side will be a lounge and gear room. (Standing in the exist door way facing the read of the building) 2. All walls must be sheetrock, finished and painted grey. 3. All doors must be installed interior doors are fine and the exterior door must be metal. 4. Flooring shall be shall impact series 3 color deep mahogany. 5. There will be eight electrical receptacles in each room (lounge and gear room). 6. If possible, current lights will be extended to hang into the rooms. 7. A minimum of two overhead lights will be in each room. 8. The right side (storage side) will consist of a single wall running the length of the room, no flooring will be required in this area. 9. The hallway must have flooring shall have the impact series 3 deep mahogany, which shall match the lounge and gear room. 10. Area will be left clean and ready to move in at the time of contractor leaving.

Division 14 -	Conveying Equipment, Slide Pole Systems, Firehouse Slide Poles.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression, Facility Fire-Suppression Water-Service Piping, Fire-Department Connections, Fire Pumps.
