EWU Chilled Water Capacity Upgrade Phase 2

The project generally consists of the removal replacement of three (3) water-cooled chillers and two (2) open type cooling towers, at the EWU Rozell Central Energy Plant. Including, but not limited to, the demolition & removal of the existing chillers and cooling towers, installation of the new, larger capacity, chillers and cooling towers, and modification and additions to the existing, chiller plant piping systems, as well all associated power and controls. The project includes the replacement of the main electrical switchboard and power services associated with the replacement equipment. also includes other miscellaneous and incidental mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural and roofing work associated with the chiller and cooling tower replacement work.
