Pack Square Park Planting

Landscape contractors with deep horticultural knowledge for sourcing and installing appropriate, readily available replacement plantings for a highly used urban park. The selected landscape contractors will: 1. Remove dead and declining plantings and replace with new plants. The selected contractor will work with the Parks and Recreation project manager on plant material selection, quantities, and location. Install plant protection for establishment period. 2. Ensure irrigation is in appropriate working condition and make repairs or replace the system as needed. 3. Ensure landscape lighting is in appropriate working condition and make repairs as needed. 4. Assess options for corrective actions or retrofit for the currently inoperable mid-block fountain located in front of the Pack Square Pavilion and complete repairs or retrofit. 5. Provide one year of park landscape maintenance for the plant establishment period, to include regular and seasonal landscape maintenance tasks.
