Oak Grove Shelter Replacement

The County of Roanoke, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified companies for Oak Grove Shelter Replacement. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is the procurement for a turn key Picnic Shelter Installation at Oak Grove Park. Project Location: Oak Grove Park 5005 Grandin Road Ext. The term of any resultant Contract will be for one (1) year, from August 16, 2022, through August 15, 2023, at which time it will terminate, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Contract or by law or unless renewed as set forth in such Contract. The County reserves the right to cancel this IFB and/or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
