| Description | The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, is contemplating a project for the installation of and equipping of a pump, motor and pitless unit for the Bodaway-Gap Well. The Bodaway-Gap Supply Well Project will install a new water supply well within the Coppermine proposed wellfield. a. Supply and Equipping Well Pump and Motor. Contractor will supply and install a new submersible pump and motor for the Bodaway-Gap Well. The pump shall be capable of pumping at rate of 160 gpm with a total dynamic head (TDH) of 536 feet. b. Supply and Installation of a Baker Monitor Pitless Unit. Contractor shall supply and install a Baker Monitor Pitless unit for an 8-inch well casing per Standard Drawing No. W-30. Installation shall include the connection of up to 10 feet of 4-inch galvanized pipe for extension to well house. Contractor shall chlorinate and flush the well upon completion of pump/motor and pitless unit. |
