Description

This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Services for the Louisiana Department of Corrections (DOC), Raymond LaBorde Correctional Center (RLCC) located at 1630 Prison Road, Cottonport, LA 71327. The contract shall be effective for a period of delivery beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty six (36) months.
