| Description | Remove two basement windows on the west side of house. Install new basement sliders in opening using mortar to old block. Making sure to pitch the bottom sill away from window unit. Remove basement door and threshold. Pour a concrete cap over the hollow blocks with a slope away inside. Install new pre-hung steel door. Support back porch roof and remove concrete cap and block walls. Dig new post piers under the roof beam and pour with concrete. Frame a wood deck with treated lumber, using 6x6 post to hold deck and roof up. Install soffit and facia on outside of overhang. Install gutters and downspouts on that porch only. |
