Furnish and install Pat Craft Natural State 20mil click LVT, Color: Aster ? Furnish and install 123 ft. of schluter style transitions at openings of resident rooms, bathrooms, utility rooms, and offices. Corridor, Dining Area and Lounges = 3,943 sq. ft. Furnish and install Pat Craft Timber Grove II 20mil glue down LVT, Color: Trellis Dining Area shall be designed using Trellis color and one additional color (TBD) and installed in a pattern to be agreed upon by owner and contractor. Combined Area Furnish and install 1,404 ft. of 4” vinyl cove base, Johnsonite or equivalent. Color to be determined by owner. |
