I-10 International Industrial Development - Phase 2

Plans call for the construction of a industrial complex consisting of four buildings: Phase 1 consists of a 192,600-square-foot, 176,000-square-foot and 142,000-square-foot building Phase 2 consists of a 476,000-square-foot, cross-dock building As of August 29, 2022, this project is in the permitting stages. A general contractor has been awarded, however, their contact information has not been released. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been solidified, construction is not expected to commence prior to summer 2023.
