Construction of Giuffrida Park and Del Prado Linear Park

This project is for civil site construction improvements for two City Park locations: Giuffrida Park and Del Prado Linear Park The work performed for Giuffrida Park will be the construction of a signed, striped and paved parking lot with concrete curb and gutter and compacted base and sub-base material with unpaved overflow parking also with a compacted base. Installation of a fenced double-pickleball court, construction of a 10' multi-use path, construction of 6' sidewalks, installation of drainage pipes and structures to construct a surface water management system. Excavation of a dry detention area and finish grading, installation and or re-location of water and irrigation meters. Installation of landscaping and irrigation.
