Town Maintenance Office

The principal work to be performed under this contract consists of, but not limited to the following: Tree removal, site demolition of asphalt pave ment, gravel areas, and curb/gutter removal. Abandonment of water, sewer, and gas utilities. Proposed Maintenance Office Yard piping. Chain Link fence Oil/Water separator. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders. A performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bid will be considered unless the bidder has complied with the provisions of Title 54, Chapter 7 (Section 54-113 through 54-145 of the Code of Virginia).

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
