Description | Locations: 1. Kingsley House (built in 1843) 20501 Newburgh Road, Livonia, MI 48152 2. Shaw House (built in 1843) 20501 Newburgh Road, Livonia, MI 48152. Replacement and installation of fabric, light blocking shades for the Kingsley and Shaw House main floor windows.Specifications for the shades include: 1. Manually operated roller shades manufactured by Hunter Douglas (no equivalent). 2. Roller shades shall be complete with mounting brackets, roller tubes, hembars, hardware and accessories. 3. Fabric shall be light filtering linen and off-white in color. 4. Contractor shall be responsible to field measure each of the finished openings prior to order, as windows in historic homes may be of different sizes. 5. Vertical dimensions: Fill openings from head to sill with ½ space between bottom bar and window stool. 6. Horizontal Dimensions: Fill openings from jamb to jamb. 7. Contractor will install the new shades and dispose of old shades. |
