Description

Qualifications for professional consultant engineering services to develop a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for the East Raleigh Wastewater Conveyance study. The PER shall address conveyance of wastewater flows from the Wendell and East Raleigh area to the Neuse River Resources Recovery Facility (NRRRF). Options may include the addition of one or more pump stations, additional forcemain and gravity sewer, and decommissioning or modifying existing pump stations.
