Lift Station Emergency Power Generator Installation – Phase III

The purpose of this project is to remove existing failed stand-by power generators and install new generators at four lift station sites. Each of the four locations will have different requirements to accomplish site job completion as specified herein or in the Bid Specifications. The project shall include generators, materials, labor, equipment which includes automatic transfer switches, panel racks, panels, breakers, conduits, wiring and electrical connections, and transportation necessary for removals and installations. Site Visit Dates/Times/Locations: May 26, 2020 @ 10:00AM – 12:00PM, Timacuan Master Pump Station, located behind 917 Rinehart Rd, Lake Mary, FL 32746 May 27, 2020 @ 2:00PM – 4:00PM, Belaire #3 Lift Station, located behind 959 St. Croix Ave, Apopka, FL 32703 May 28, 2020 @ 2:00PM – 4:00PM, Amberwood Lift Station, located behind 1551 Sugarwood Circle, Winter Park, FL 32792 Lakewood N Lift Station, located at 502 Lake Way Rd, Lake Mary, FL 32746 (intersects with Lake Park Dr.) is available to visit at your leisure. Ten minute slots for viewing the sites will be available on a first come-first served basis.
