Bathroom Remodel

Provide services, materials, labor, and equipment to rehabilitate the 2nd floor bathroom of the D9 Representational Facility: - Remove the existing toilet, lavatory, light fixtures, and mirror. - Remove the existing floor tile and prep the subfloor for new ceramic tile. - Provide a new low flow toilet and seat, new 36 inch vanity cabinet with three drawers and integral sink, faucet and related plumbing. - Provide and install new ceramic tile floor and base. - Provide new mirror/medicine cabinet, light fixture(s), and replace/relocate one (1) GFCI outlet. - Remove existing bathtub and acrylic surround. Install new acrylic 15 inch tub and surround, white in color. Integral grab bars are to be installed in bathtub surround similar to the existing bathtub surround. A tub insert is not acceptable. - Install new ½" moisture resistant drywall as required due to demolition. - Prepare and paint the walls of the bathroom. - Clean and prepare the new bathroom for occupancy. - The following items are to be provided and installed.
