| Description | The VSBE subcontracting participation goal for this Solicitation is 20%. The Project Site is located on a 75.88-acre parcel in the center of the Havre de Grace Military Reservation on the north side of Old Bay Road in Havre de Grace, Harford County, Maryland. The Original Armory and Original USP&FO Warehouse were part of a racetrack complex constructed in 1924. The race track complex use was later readapted and managed by the Using Agency – Maryland Military Department/ Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) from 1951 to present. The Original Armory is currently unoccupied and has been replaced with a new Readiness Center. The Original USP&FO Warehouse has been replaced with a new USP&FO Warehouse. The removal of the unoccupied Original Armory and Original USP&FO Warehouse will accommodate vehicle parking areas in a future planned project. The Project Site Limits of Demolition consists of the Original Armory, Original USP&FO Warehouse and utilities and other related structures. Asphalt paved vehicle parking areas to remain. |
