Description

Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to properly maintain the Grounds at the UNC Charlotte Center City Building, which is located at the corner of 9th Avenue and Brevard Street. This location is a high-profile site so it Must be maintained and kept in pristine condition throughout the course of this contract. All work will be performed by the contractor at the direction of the University Grounds Maintenance Supervisor and all workmanship and materials shall be first class.
