Description

The work includes the construction of 2 – 10 ft diameter doghouse manholes, 160 linear feet of 24” SDR 35 PVC sanitary sewer main, bypass pumping, riprap placement on stream bank, demolition of existing manhole and filling base and pipe with flowable fill, restoration of access road, loam and topsoil. Work also includes but not limited to dewatering, vehicular traffic control, and associated work as shown on the contract drawings and documents. City of Portland’s Green new Deal requirements for wage rates and apprenticeships shall be in force for this project.
