Ridgewater College Electronic Security Upgrade

This project will provide an updated Access Control System infrastructure, including network server, distribution equipment/cabling, and accommodations for many exterior doors and select interior doors on both the Willmar and Hutchinson campuses of Ridgewater College. This project, when complete, this project will enable Ridgewater College to meet current staff and student expectations with a current, state of the art access control system that is integral to the campus Public Safety Office's mission of protecting and serving the College community, visitors and campus property. The infrastructure modification design will also accommodate the implementation of safety and security system protocols and software solutions to allow for integration into other security and mass notification systems (existing or future planned), understanding the need for public entities to accommodate situations ranging from a security lock down to an imminent weather event.
