Description

1. Contractor will have to perform extensive and thorough routine maintenance cleaning on 4 Marley Cooling Tower Coils. 2. Contractor will 1st need to perform a Legionella test prior to start of the cleaning to ensure no harmful bacteria is present in the towers. Note: The testing will be done by the contractor and notify the VA COR if the tower is contaminated. 3. Contractor performing the cleaning must present cleaning certification and documentation. 4. All personnel must be safety trained and use proper PPE including and not limited to the use of half face fitted respirators when cleaning the Marley Units. 5. After all cleaning is done on all coils, excessive scale or sludge must be removed from the basin and disposed of properly by the contractor
