AV Project Scope of Work includes: Standard Room with Projection 1. Create a board room environment sound system that allows for in person meetings where all can be heard locally and remotely. The system will allow for digital meetings with in-person and online participants using products like Skype, Zoom, and other popular video conferencing products. 2. The conference room design is based upon a Shure Microflex Media platform. 3. 7 Wireless lapel mics. 4. 8 wireless desk mount mics. 5. Provide Streaming capabilities for all live sessions. 6. Popup desk mount interface for auxiliary computer connections. 7. Wall touch pad to control audio and streaming. 8. Streaming camera with network bridge 9. All audio is amplified through eight 70V ceiling speakers. 10. Use existing TV, Screen and Projector, Make necessary connections to new system.
