Window Replacements - 3 Properties

The purpose of this project is to, as detailed herein and within Attachment A, attached hereto, provide construction services for all labor and material to remove, dispose, and replace the existing windows at three locations and as described on the drawings. All bid proposals must include pricing for labor, materials, profit, overhead, supplies, equipment, permits, fees (including water/sewer), and other components necessary for the successful and timely completion of the project. Reject any or all bids waive any informality in the IFB process, or terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests. A copy of the bidder's business license allowing that entity to provide such services within the State of Florida.
