Pronghorn Park and Disc Golf Course

**As of November 22, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work performed under this contract generally consists of construction of an 18-hole disc golf course along with grading for a gravel access road, parking lot, and trailhead facilities. The trailhead facilities primarily consist of a shade shelter, restroom, seating, bike racks, stone wall, and signage. The parking lot will include a portion of permeable pavement. Two (2) water quality rain gardens will be constructed. A 12'x6' concrete box culvert is to be constructed at the access road crossing of Parkway Tributary. Bid security for construction contracts in any amount greater than $500,000 shall be in an amount that covers 10 percent (10%) of the estimated project cost. of the Bid price, made payable to the City of Castle Pines, which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the City if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents section within ten (10) calendar days after the Award by the City.
