Description Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) firm in support of the County's long-term rehabilitation, mitigation, resilient redevelopment and recovery efforts from Hurricane Matthew. Services provided through this contract will include but not be limited to providing Construction Manager at Risk services for: multiple CDBG-DR infrastructure projects not limited to debris removal, lift station, construction of new storm water system(s), roads, bridges, and utility line reconstruction. The CMR selected will over see all infrastructure projects for Robeson County. Also, new construction for schools and/or administration buildings.
