Project consists of eight (8) three and four-story apartment buildings (320 units) plus amenity buildings (Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Maintenance Building, Garages and Trash Enclosure). This project will use bid package scopes of work. Please review the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders and Bid Packages in the Plan Room as your bid will need to follow the scopes of work for your trade accordingly. A bid form will be provided to submit your bid on. W. M. Jordan Company strongly encourages participation by certified SMBCC (Small and Minority Business Contracting and Certification) trade partners and suppliers who are classified as a small and minority-owned business per Article 21, Section 11-35-5010 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina.
