WWTP Motor Control Center Replacement and New Building

Replace Motor Control Center, construct a new 275 square foot standard 8-inch integrally colored CMU building, construct new pavement and sidewalk. The major items of work include: Construct a new 275 square foot standard 8- inch concrete masonry unit slab- on- grade building with a precast hollow core concrete plank roof. Install a new Motor Control Center (MCC) in the new building. Install approximately 78 square yards ( SY) of 6- inch reinforced concrete pavement and 21 SY 4- 1/ 2- inch thick concrete sidewalk. Remove and legally dispose of existing MCC.
