On-Call Building Automation and Controls HVAC - Oklahoma History Center

Annual service contract for automated building systems, including inspections, base services, conferences, training, testing, reports, consultations and advisory services in connection with the design, management, operation and preservation of the systems. These services must include technical support and on-call repair services for existing Siebe Network 8000 / Invensys building/ Tour Andover Controls (TAC), Schneider branded equipment and lighting control systems utilized by the Oklahoma Historical Society. Services are to include miscellaneous automated building systems and equipment such as: controllers, network interface modules, sensors, enclosures, software, hardware, digital management systems, control components, valves and valve assemblies, actuators, boiler boss, thermostats and miscellaneous parts required for installation and repair.
