Village Hall Office Renovation

Renovate the lobby window of the Village Hall. The existing opening and masonry wall up to the existing deck shall be removed as shown in the drawings and interior elevations. Casework is required on the private side of the lobby window including an additional cabinet. The open office area in the Finance Department shall be painted. All carpeting and wall base in the Finance space shall be installed and provided by the Village of Western Springs. The lobby wall base tile shall be removed and reinstalled on the new wall. The existing Police counters in the Lobby shall be removed and replaced. Demolition of the masonry wall shall take place after hours or on the weekend.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
