| Description | This event is to bid for a one-time purchase for TN Department of Environment Conservation. Replace Siding and Windows on One Residence - The contractor shall be responsible for all materials, labor, and equipment required to replace siding and windows on (1)one residence at David Crockett State Park This project must be completed prior to December 1, 2022. Scope: Remove existing windows and siding; install house wrap; install fiber cement board and batten siding and trim; caulk and paint A. Removal: 1. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the existing gutters, down spouts, fascia, soffit, door & window trim on (1)one residence. 2. Remove all windows 3. The contractor shall notify the listed contacts if any additional damage is found and not proceed until authorized. B. Installation: 1. Contractor shall install new double hung, insulated, argon filled low e vinyl replacement windows. Contractor is responsible for the number of windows and measurements before placing order. Agency shall decide color ofwindows. |
