Description

Design and construction observation for the reconstruction of Will Road. Interviews of consultants for this project will be held the week of January 17, 2022. The project is to reconstruct approximately one mile of Will Road from just south of IL 113 to the intersection with Spring Road with an urban cross section. Work also includes storm sewer and watermain improvements.
