Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the Learning Community Charter School located at 2495 John F. Kennedy Blvd., New Jersey 07034 for Window Replacement, Mechanical, and Electrical Upgrades at the Learning Community Charter School ("Project"). Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. 7. Bidders must be classified by the DPMC as C008 or C009. 8. Bidders shall include a bid security in compliance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24 and a consent of surety in compliance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25. Details are included in the bid instructions. The intended scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: The Project consists of Window Replacement, Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades as required by the Contract Documents for the Learning Community Charter School. The project is single-prime, lump sum, all trades, all-inclusive project. 1. Removal and replacement of windows and all collateral work. Installation of window A/C Units furnished by Owner. 2. Removal and replacement of joint sealants. 3. Provide manual and motorized window shades. 4. Electrical service and panel upgrades, including transformer and switchgear. 5.
