Description

Placement of 346,700 SY asphalt rejuvenator. This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to bituminous asphaltic concrete surface courses. The rejuvenation of surface courses shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water.
