The Tribe invites interested firms to submit written Proposals relating to this project. A Selection Committee of five (5) individuals will evaluate and score Offeror's qualifications and experience with similar projects. The Tribe will select the top-rated Offeror from those submitting Proposals and enter into contract negotiations. The project shall utilize a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Funds are derived from the BIA Housing Improvement Program. The new homes must be ready for occupancy no later than six (6) months after contract's Notice to Proceed is given. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized or all proposals are rejected.
