| Description | Replacement of specific portions of the elevated walkway and light poles at the North Regional Water Treatment Plant, located at 1105 Clearmont Street NE, Bldg. C, Palm Bay, FL 32905. Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Removal and Replacement of various segments of walkways, stairs, and supports as identified in the Contract Drawings. - Addition of a new stair case, guardrails and a concrete landing. - Repair of the concrete roof of the existing operations building. - Removal of three (3) shelters and three (3) metal cabinets as shown in the Contract Drawings. - Removal and replacement of five (5) light fixtures as identified in the Contract Drawings. |
