Description

The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials and services to properly repair the components of the existing York 500-ton centrifugal chillers that were installed in 2011. The chillers are still within their life-cycle, but are experiencing mechanical failures that cannot be prevented with routine maintenance and servicing. Chiller #1 experienced a power surge, and is currently inoperable requiring a variable speed drive (VSD) and motor replacement. Chiller #2 was repaired in 2018, but is now leaking oil at the drive shaft and other components.
