Description

Includes the demolition and the off site disposal of the following, but not limited to: Main road entrance masonry structures and overhead connections, gates, concrete pavement. Beach concrete retaining wall, rail, stairs, ramps, and beach pavement. Rear concrete pavement, and left side walkway and steps in the Park Rangers building, including exterior closet/shed on left side walkway of rangers building. Fishing Pier and dock. Concrete slab inside Catering Hall basement, interior and exterior swing doors, and exterior overhead doors, wood framing wall facing the Fishing Pier. Exterior concrete stairs on right and left sides of the catering hall. Former kitchen and open pavilion #3, including concrete floors and concrete pavement. Concrete pavement adjacent to playground, and the two pieces of exterior exercise equipment to be relocated. Miscellaneous concrete pads throughout the park. Two-story building & adjacent vault. Utility tower doors, roof structure, rear well access doors. Miscellaneous demolition as indicated on the bid drawings (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.), or as required for new work. Miscellaneous demolition as indicated on landscape drawings, such as tree removal, and as required for new work. Miscellaneous demolition as indicated on the site drawings, such as driveway, pathways, parking areas, etc. and as required for new work. Miscellaneous demolition as indicated on drawings and as required for new work. Includes the complete construction and installation of the following, but is not limited to: Main road entrance piers, fence, and signs. Replacement of the rear concrete pavement in Rangers building, and left side walkway and stairs. Replacement of the fishing pier and dock. Catering Hall basement: Replacement of the concrete slab inside catering hall basement, new interior and exterior swing doors, and exterior overhead doors, wood framing wall facing the fishing pier, cement board siding, stucco, existing masonry wall waterproofing, in-fill CMU walls, painting. Installation of dehumidification system, including sump pumps. Exterior concrete stairs on right and left sides of the Catering Hall. Installation of stone veneer on existing front low walls of the Catering Hall. Installation of wall panels on the existing walls of the main hall. New pre-engineered Pavilion #3, and Concert Pavilion, both with concrete pavement. Concrete pavement adjacent to Playground and re-installation of three pieces of exercise equipment. Utility Tower door, roof structure, rear well access doors. Signage. New Pickleball Courts. Installation of trees, shrubs, planting and ground cover, and landscape work as indicated on the landscape drawings. New irrigation well, and irrigation system for the park. Renovation of existing gravel road, and construction of new gravel road in the rear of the park. New pedestrian walkways throughout the park, both concrete and/or permeable asphalt. Driveway, roads and parking renovations, including impermeable, permeable and grass pavement, etc. Other site work as indicated on the bid drawings. New lighting fixtures throughout the park and miscellaneous electrical work (outlets, power panel, etc.) as indicated on the bid drawings, and as required for new work. New water hydrants throughout the park, and miscellaneous plumbing work as indicated on the bid drawings, and as required for new work. New dehumidification system for the Catering Hall basement, and miscellaneous mechanical work as indicated on the bid drawings, and as required for new work.
