Mcknight Park Clay Tennis Courts Resurfacing

1. Court size is 110’ (one hundred-ten feet) by 110’ (one hundred-ten feet) a total of four (4) tennis courts. 2. Full removal of the 3” to 4” layer of old clay material will be removed the tennis courts. Contractor is responsible for proper removal and off-site disposal. 3. Clay will be replaced with new green clay material between forty (40) to fifty (50) tons of material. 4. All surfaces will be laser graded, rolled/tamped into place with new green clay material. 5. Current irrigation will stay in place for the clay court surface. 6. All fencing for the tennis court renovations will remain in place and only a section will be removed for equipment access. Brevard County will remove the section of fence and put it back when done. 7. All old-line tape will be removed and new added for each of the 4 court surfaces. 8. All court posts will be removed and new added prior to new material being placed. A total of eight posts will be replaced. 9. All new netting will be added by the contractor.
