| Description | The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, facilities, services, employee training and testing, permits, agreements, and waste transport and disposal necessary to perform the work required for asbestos abatement in accordance with these specifications, EPA, OSHA, NIOSH, State of California regulations, and any other applicable federal, state and local government regulations. Whenever there is a conflict or overlap of the above references, the most stringent provisions are applicable. The Contractor shall perform the safe removal, decontamination and legal disposal of all asbestos containing material. Results of the bulk sample analysis showed positive concentration of asbestos in the floor tile and mastic material of approximately 3,100ft2. Proposal Clarifications Due: Friday, September 8, 2023 |
