Re-bid Lanai Baseyard Improvements

This project involves the repair and/or replacement of deteriorated and damaged metal roofing, roof framing, metal wall panels, girts, and metal louvers to the existing Lanai Baseyard maintenance and office building. Project also includes demolition of existing A.C. pavement and reconstruction of accessible parking; installation of new sewer manhole; and installation of a new 2" reduced pressure backflow preventer for the Department of Public Works, Lanai Baseyard Improvements, County of Maui IFB Job No. 17-31A (RE-BID), located at 12th Street, Lanai City, lanai, Hawaii. The County of Maui, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252) and the Regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations Part 21) issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability. The Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations of the Secretary of Labor implementing Executive Order 11246, as amended shall be complied with on this project.
