Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on installation of a permanent water quality (PWQ) treatment system and all associated site work at the CDOT Brighton facility located at 139 West Walnut Street, Brighton, CO, 80601. A sand filtration basin and concrete forebay and a concrete drain pan shall be installed at the Brighton Facility.
