Creekside Estates Roadway Improvements

Online Bidding: Available Description: The work shall consist of construction of the final roadway improvements along Ryford Street and the streets within the Creekside Estates subdivision located in the Village of Harrison. Work to include pulverizing 13,000 S.Y of existing asphalt pavement, installation of 8,000 L.F. of 30-inch mountable concrete curb and gutter, 31,000 S.F. 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 13,000 S.F. of 6-inch concrete sidewalk and driveway aprons, 3,600 TONS of HMA pavement and 12,000 S.Y. of lawn restoration. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
