| Description | Perform janitorial services at the City's Southwest Downtown Parking Garage. Cleaning is required in offices, restrooms and other designated areas as determined by the requirements of the facility. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 3 visits per week that which shall be considered as Regular Service. Additional frequency, including weekend visits, may be required and will be communicated by staff within 30 days of expected events. Emergency services may also be required within short notice as needed. |
