Joma Plow Blade Systems and Miscellaneous Plow Parts

Each Bid must be on the form prescribed by the Commission and must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in all of the documents provided with this Bid Invitation. The award of the Contract, if any award be made, will be to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder therefor whose Bid complies with all the prescribed requirements. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor technicalities or minor irregularities. Please note, a bid guaranty/performance bond is not required for this bid invitation A single Blanket Purchase Order shall be established for furnishing Joma Plow Blade Systems and Miscellaneous Plow Parts as manufactured by Winter Equipment Inc. The quantities are estimated. The total requirements, however, may be more or less than the estimate. Notwithstanding any such variance, the Commission shall not be obligated nor limited to the purchase of any specific amount and it is understood that the unit bid price shall govern for all purchases made pursuant to an award of Purchase Authorization, if any award be made. The Purchase Authorization shall cover the actual requirements of the Commission for a twelve (12) month period from the date of the Purchase Authorization.
