Description

Qualifications and rates from qualified firms for excavation and water system repair, replacement, maintenance, and similar services for the purpose of providing routine and emergency services. Routine work is work that can be scheduled with the contractor within a two (2) week window and shall commence only after City staff approve a written quote. Emergency work requires the contractor to be on site within a two (2) hour period after being notified and respond on a time and materials basis without providing a prior written quote for the work.
