| Description | The project will consist of replacing the existing lighting system that has been in place since 1982 and the poles for this system that have been in place since 1967. An itemized breakout of scope of work can be found in these specifications. MBE, WBE and Small Enterprise bidders are encouraged to bid. All bids shall include the proposal form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond issued by an acceptable surety company and payable to the order of the City of Rolla, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to ask for modifications or changes of all contractors throughout the process. |
