| Description | This contract is an agreement to furnish the polymer(s) listed in the bid blank at stated unit prices when requested by the Owner, defined as the Greene County Board of Commissioners or the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (collectively known as "County"). The County reserves the right to award any or all or parts of this bid and make a non-exclusive award. Conditional bids with restrictions may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the County. Only the product manufacturer shall place a bid. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. |
